Spiritual Growth is not optional. Jesus was fond of talking about faith and life in the Kingdom as seeds, trees, and vines. All of those things grow and bear fruit, unless they are of course dead. We want to be a fruitful and effective people, so we commit time and energy to fertilizing our faith through extra study, books, conferences, events, and blogs.
