Step 1. Pick something to trade up.

Step 2. Train for a Spiritual Fruit using a Spiritual Discipline.

From Ash Wednesday (2/26) to EASTER (3/12), we will all trade in our counterfeits by giving up something in order to intentionally cultivate Spiritual Fruit using the Spiritual Disciplines.

Each week, we'll abstain from something for Monday-Saturday. On Sundays we'll FEAST. We'll celebrate God's generosity and savor the good things we've done without.

During the week, every time you reach for or desire what you traded up, stop and pray and remember. I need God more than that. Use your desire as an alarm clock.

All week, plan your family's Sunday Celebration.

Rule 1. No whining.

Rule 2. No Bragging.
